  3. In the meantime heat the extra spoonful of oil, add peeled baby onions in a pan.cool until well browned all over. Add onions to steak mixture, simmer covered for 20 minutes until steak and onions well tender.Remove lid and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until thickened slightly. Romove the orange rind before serving ..
  4. Serve over rice or with new potatoes..
  5. Serves 4-6 people.
