- Once cooked, wait till pressure is down. Open the lid and smash the cooked tapioca. To this content add almost a cup of Coarsely blended coconut, shallots, a pinch of jeera, and a clove of garlic. All thse should be blended well.
- Add to smashed tapioca and mix well.after that you can do tempering using coconut oil, mustard seed and dry red chilli and curry leaves..
