  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  2. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well blended.
  3. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, butter, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add the sugar mixture to the blueberry mixture and mix until well blended.
  5. Pour the blueberry mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let cool before serving.
