Pour the olive oil into a large pot and place over a medium heat. Next, add the chilli flakes, cumin, black beans and tomatoes (with their juices). Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans and sweetcorn. Season with cumin, oregano and basil. Bring to the boil, and reduce heat to medium.
