Sausage Soup instructions

  1. remove sausage from casings.
  2. chop onion, celery, roma tomatoes, oregano, and thyme.
  3. mince garlic.
  4. heat olive oil in large soup pot.
  5. crumble sausage into pot, and cookutil no longer pink.
  6. add onions, celery, tomatoes, chicken broth, mix well and add oregano, basil, and thyme and bring to a boil.
  7. reduce heat and simmer for thirty minutes.
  8. after thirty minutes, add shells and cook until done, about 15 minutes.
  9. cook garlic bread to serve with meal and enjoy.
